There aree two official tournaments of BGMI, Held by krafton india esport.BATTLE GROUND MOBILE INDIA(BGMI), Is an online multiplayer game by krafton available in india.BATTLE GROUND MOBILE INDIA(BGMI) previously known as PUBGMOBILE INDIA. BGMI crossed 172million downloads on playstore,on JULY 2022. Indian Goverment banned the game in india on 28 july2022.

INTRODUCTION:
Battle Ground Mobile India is an Online Multiplayer Battle royal game made in India for indian playes Because of PUBG banned in India. BGMI was published by KRAFTON .the game was released officially for android on 2 july 2021 and for ios released date is on 18 auguest 2021. Due to Data Security Concern BGMI was banned 28 july 2022. BGMI developed by krafton director of bgmi was sean hyunil sohn. only android,iOS,iPadOS can run BGMI.
GAMEPLAY :
Battleground Mobile India(BGMI) is a Battle royal game; In which 100 player's can compete in a large map. the last player standing in the map can win the match. Player win the game got "WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER". Player can play Solo,Duo or as a Squad in match.
Each one of the match start's players was in a plane and the plane flight path across the map was change.There are several maps in game. you can select according to your will. Player's can determine the best position and time to eject from the plane with parachute and players use parachute accordingly to land on ground(where he wants to go). when player's land they have no equipments like weapon,armor etc. players only have clothes which he wants to wear in game. player's land on the position where he want to go and then search bulidings to find armor,weapon,vehical,healings and other items. after geetong equipments then players go and fight with other player to finish them and with the match. player can loot other player gears after kill them. players can switch First person and Third person mood according to situational awareness.
Every 3 to 2 minutes, player area shrinks and change position on random location. If player was outside the play zone it took damage and not go safe zone in entered time it will kill by zone and the zone name is blue zone beacuse the boundry apperance has blue colour. players use flare gun to obtain loot frequently. use flare gun in sky then after few min plane drop a loot box containing item which is not normaly obtain during normal gameplay And there is one more zone name red zone. It make randomaly in map and drop bomb from plane randomly. If player was in red zone random bomb can kill them. A single match can take 30 min to complete and win the game.
DEVELOPMENT
PUBG Mobile was banned, on 2 september 2022, and also 117 chinese app was banned along with PUBG Mobile by Ministry Of Electronics and Information Technology of Goverment of India. One of the biggest reason behind the ban of PUBG Mobile and other chinese appp in india is concern regarding data privacy of users. These chinese app risk indian soveregnity, integrity, defence etc. under section of information technology act, 2000.
After 2 years on November 2020, it was reported PUBG Mobile was relaunched in india. Times of india was reported PUBG studio and south korea's video game company krafton and registered PUBG india private limited under ministry of corporate affairs, goverment of india to relaunch PUBG Mobile in india,on 24 November 2020.
On May 2021, it was reported PUBG Mobile relaunched and rebraned in india with name of Battleground Mobile India. On 7 May 2021, krafton confirm they were going to launch Battleground
Mobile India.
RELEASE
On 6 May 2021, battleground mobile india logo was announced. On 18 May 2021, pre-registrations of the battleground mobile india was start for android users and beta version early access was relesed on 17 june 2021 for android user.
On 2 july 2021 battleground mobile india was released for android user and on 18 August 2021 battleground mobile india was released for ios users.
First royal pass after ban in india was a4 royal pass which con tain exclusive rewards and the pass offer two option standard royal pass and exclusive elite royal pass Both option gives numerious benefits and awards to players in game.
Currently latest update in BGMI is 3.5 update and it unlocks 120 fps in game more fps help to play better.
CONTROVERSIES
After releasing beta version for android user players can recover its own PUBG Mobile id in his BGMI game. for recover PUBG ID playes submit its personal information to recover its PUBG ID. however, it has been reported that players can not recover there old PUBG id in BGMI for data privacy of user.
BAN IN INDIA
On 28 july 2022, the game was removed from play store due to lack of data privacy but it can be play while using vpn.
on 19 may2023, krafton report a notice BGMI was relaunch for a trail period of 10 months long dispute.
the game was officially launched on 27 may for android user and 29 may for ios user however both user can play after 29 may.
