physical fitness means if a person body can able to execute daily  activities with there strength , endurance etc or in state or good health and good physical condition . it achieves through intake proper nutrition, doing properexercise and give sufficient rest to recover body. physical fitness helps to work body effectivly and efficiently, to keep body healty and disease free, improve immune system to prevent yourself in emergency situation.

physical fitness attain through exercise's and some other factors. "fitness man on earth" was a award to winning of the crossfit games. crossfit game was began in 2007. in which people clear four stage qualification fitness test to winning a titile of "fitness man on earth" and cash prize.     


Rich Froning Jr.

 Rich Froning Jr. is a first person who winning this award continusly four years in a Row 2011 to 2014 and he also lead a team crossfit mayhem team succes in team class 2015,2016,2018,2019,2021and 2022.



Mat Fraser

Mat Fraser think about the most successful crossfit athlete the entire time. he won title continusoly five year in a row 2016,2017,2018,2019,2020. Mat Fraser was a junior national champion in olympic weightlifting.


OVERVIEW

We will consider a person fit when a person body able to do its daily life work properly without body become tired and do it hobbie as well without becoming tired. near 1950, maybe after world war 2 "fitness" word increased tenfold in western area. Recent defination of fitness is if a human being or appliance is able to do given task or deal with various situation in regular life.
